Well I always put Olive Oil in my post workout shake for the added calories & fats , but the other day , while food shopping I chose to get GrapeSeed Oil , mainly because it was alittle less expensive !!!
As I was reading the nutrition label I noticed that it had the same amount of calories and fats as Olive Oil . Long story short , I decided to try it out .
Well that nite I mixed about 2 tbl spoons of the oil with my shake after the gym .
#1 it had a weird taste , even with the protein powders and other things that I mixed in with it .
My question is this : Is GrapeSeed Oil just as good to use as Olive Oil ?
Or am I better buyin Olive Oil and using that ??
Need to get more gains !!!
