So something I have been on the fence for a while is BCAA. I know amino acids form proteins, so my question is does taking in BCAA really that great when you can just go consume some other protein source which I would think would have BCAAs in it?
I ask because I just wonder if it is really worth spending the extra funds on BCAA versus buying some more high quality protien powder.
