Re: Neuroplasticity-Animated
That's a good little video Dzone. I have read about something similar, or maybe it was actually the same but I don't recall the name neuroplasticity. What I read and try to practice is to change things up to make the brain exercise more. For example, when taking a shower most people if not all people perform the same order of washing, such as chest then arms then legs then hair, or whatever. To exercise the brain try switching up the order you wash yourself in the shower, such as maybe revers it or maybe wash your hair first and body last, and try doing things in a different direction. Anything that you do without thinking almost, the brain gets used to, so try switching the order. Perhaps you put your right shoe on first, maybe try putting the left on first, and when tying them cross the strings in opposite, if you normally take the right string over top of the left then do the opposite. I actually practice some of these, mainly the shower one, pretty much all the time I change the order that I wash myself.Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master. George Washington

Re: Neuroplasticity-Animated
Awesome vid brotha. How the brain works is so interesting and neuroplasticity shows you just how adaptable we are. I always try to exercise my brain and keep my mind sharp. I spend all this time in the gym training my body, I need to make sure I train my mind as well.
