Who here uses coconut oil? A friend of mine swears by the stuff.
Is it worth the price?
What does it do for the mind and body?

Always have a jar in my house. It has so many benefits its unreal. I pay just under $7 for a jar of Virgin coconut oil. You can put it in smoothies but I overdid that one day and it cleaned me out,lol. Google its uses or do a search here. It has a ton of benes.

I can get a 56 oz jar at Sams for about 15$ is that a good deal or can it be found cheaper?

It happened to me cause it is typical with me, I happen to be allergic to it. Cant even benefit from it right now

Good stuff but dont put it in a shake thats cold, the oil will solidify and make it gross!

i use it every singe day and we cook with it also. most of the time i just scoop it up and eat it. so many good things that it does to note.

my shakes were cold and it was fine but I do drink them quick

I use it quite often myself for just about everything, skin, hair n' scalp, cooking. I love the smell reminds me of bikinis at the beach. Our Grand Master swears by it ! he says a tablespoon a day will do wonders.

I cook my eggs in coconut oil every morning...I put coconut oil in my coffee too, 3 times a week I use a mixture of coconut oil and argon oil in my hair
