Thanks bro. Again though, it's there to show that guns prep diet works! But it has to be followed 100%!!! Not 85%, not 90%, or even 95%.... 100%!!! Guns is the f***in' man! He was spot on with everything! I owe so much to him and his family. Yeh yeh guns I know... I put in the hard work. A monkey can work hard. Ive been working hard in the gym for 25 years. IVE NEVER LOOKED LIKE THAT! That's the result of listening and following! I made a few honest mistakes here and there but I never knowingly deviated.

whenever I think I want a pizza, Im going to look at these pictures and stay inspired lol

dzone we had many many discussions about pizza lol. the down side to pizza is it is a double whammy in terms of getting into shape or trying to maintain conditioning. the same thing goes for ice cream. when you combine a huge spike of insulin with a high carb load and high fat content it wrecks your fat burning machine. now i am a huge fan of both lol but they are only for the offseaon haha and i pay for it everytime i eat either one. ask gusto what happened to me as soon as we indulged post show. it wasnt pretty at all

another funny thing gusto said at the start was "i have been in good shape before but i have never had a full 6 pack" i told him be patient my man and just wait. week to week we saw changes and the last final 6wks were insane changes. then in under 2 days when the final bit of water came off and the face fully sunk in and presto all the knowledge and hard work peaked. it's not magic its not a supp or some crazy trick it was absolutely pure consistency with the diet and training that brought the results.
also dont let his honest mistakes fool you, he was off on a few things barely a couple of times and nothing major. oh and some diet soda and water issues lol. nothing major or cheating
