i dont follow the two servings of 3 tabs a day myself. i do 2 tabs 3x a day instead for the added digestive support 3x a day as opposed to two.

Ive heard of people rubbing cannabis on sore joints but thats only in states where its legal!

I can think of a few ways to use cannabis but rubbing it on sore joints kinda takes the fun out of it.

just high-dosed fish oil for me right now, but thinking of getting on something else as i've been having rotator cuff/bursitis issues.

i am def not a big supp guy or someone that suggest supps that often but when i find something good that works i share the love for sure. the joint support aspect is great and keeps the pain very well at bay but the kicker for me was how well the digestive support helped my guts out. i freaking love the stuff and have been using it for many years now.
funny storry, a buddy of mine suggested i switch over to animal's joint formula and i did. that lasted about 3 wks and after elbows and everything else started hurting and guts went to hell i went right back to the triad and gave him the remainder of the animal stuff haha.
