I am researching this suppliment for my son. I purchased the book explaining it and it all reads well and makes sense but I was looking for some feedback from anyone who has tried it. Its claims in the book sound , well, to good to be true but it made by Mr Creatine from EAS with substantial rersearch behind it.

My son, who is a junior this year, went from 5' 11", 182 lbs in early Nov. to 205 currently just by eating big and clean, taking creatine and Zmass. His bench is 305, with a 450 lb squat, and does alot of plyometrics to work on his speed.

He is being heavly recruited for football by several Div. 1 teams and need to get his weight up to play linebacker, they want to convert him to safety or corner but he reaslly want to play backer.

A couple of guys at my gym have tried it and didnt like it. I personally would stick to somthing like n-large for the weight gaining properties and creatine+dextrose post workout. I would drop the z mass. Dont forget the multivitamin. Here is an excellent post on no2 http://www.fitnessgeared.com/forum/s...&highlight=no2

into my 4th week on N02-i can say wthout a doubt that your money would be better spent elsewhere. If I had any results from this stuff I have not noticed them. Perhaps a very small increase in vascularity but as the temperature and humidity have both increased considerably down here it could be from natural causes.

Ah, you have that section too, nice.

As the thread above shows, NO2 is shown to actually be determental to muscle growth in the long run, avoid it. Try Syntrax's SWOLE, its a powerful mix, Im on it now and livin' it up.

                    Vtwin,

Excellent work & research in helping your son.

Whatever happens to him he will always know his father is their for him, and that is more important than anything.

                    Good Luck

V12 is the only creatine product that has worked so far for me

                        prolangtum,

have you tried syntrax's straight? it's creatine anhydrous. it works much beter then the normal creatine.

and creatine serum is bullshit, and just big comercial talks.

but i agree with you dude, because of the tri-creatine salt in v-12 you go real hard
