everything was in range except iron it was real high like 650 i dont drink the doctor thinks the animal pack multi pak super vit is doing it i take thre packs ed so i stopped them today and goo back in one mth for more work he said the levels were so high it could lead to sarious (sp) of liver just like alchole

IF the iron is high, the blood donation most likely will turn you away. When fuzo tried to give blood, they turned him away because of the high iron in his blood. Now getting a script to have blood taken on a weekly basis would be a good way to lower that. Fuzo used to give 2 pints a week levels lowered.

Hey brother I don't know exactly what's in an animal pack but there is definitely no reason to be overloading on multivitamins. Definitely only do that once a day. There are many liver toxic vitamins and you definitely don't want to be overdoing iron and the other liver toxic vitamins. If you're going to do three animal pack today I would suggest taking the multivitamins out of the other two packs. Maybe come off multivitamins altogether for a little bit.
