any of you used any of those transdermals which are supposed to help break up fat deposits in certain areas? do they work? whats the best? etc.

Have not used them personally, but theres great feedback on Avant's Lipoderm Y, which shuttles fat to be utilized. These do not burn fat directly, but word has it, they work. Lipo-Y isnt the cheapest out there, of course you can make your own

I used yohimburn. It worked ok. I believe you have to have a low bf % (less than 10% to begin with to yeild good results. For the price I think there are more efficient things out there.It also seems to work better in certian places ie. chest, luv handles.
