We've got a health warning about some injectable medications in the Cleveland area.
The Tennessee Department of Health says the products were made by Wellness Store Compounding Pharmacy in Cleveland.
Officials say the medications in question may not work as expected and some could even be harmful.
We're not talking about many products, but they include eye drops, Steroids, Vitamin B12 and some amino acids.
Inspectors found outdated ingredients and falsified records.
The products were sold at four clinics in Clevealnd... Plus ones in Ooltewah and Athens.
Officials say if you bought products made at Wellness Store compounding.. Don't use them. The clinics known to have received injectable medications from Wellness Store Compounding Pharmacy in Cleveland, Tenn. after Jan. 1, 2014 are:
Associates in Spine and Joint Medicine, Cleveland, Tenn.
Cleveland Medical Associates, Cleveland, Tenn.
East Tennessee Vein Clinic, Knoxville, Tenn.
Hollywood Body Spa, Athens, Tenn.
Internal Medicine Group, Cleveland, Tenn.
Kennedy Clinic, Ooltewah, Tenn.
Lynn Garden Weight Loss, Kingsport, Tenn.
Premier Weight Management, LaFollete, Tenn.
Voytik Center for Orthopedics, Cleveland, Tenn.
