What is the life of each cap at three a day ?

Short. This is why breaking up the doses is ideal. (ie. 600mgs ED, 3 caps after breakfast, 3 caps in the evening.)

Reason I was asking is because prolab had a product (forgot the name) that claimed each cap lasted six hours at 3ed. Thanks bro...!

I did 400mgs ed. If I had it to do over I would go with 600 or even 7 or 800. So yeah start with 600mg.I would also look into stacking it with some 4 ad if possible.IMO
