never used any of em I get a 10 # bag of optimum whey. it is cheap and tastes pretty good and as far as i am concerned as good as the ones u mentioned sorry i didnt answer your question just another option.

Optimum is good and cheap (except i buy optimum pro-complex which isnt).

Out of the list, i would go with Gourmet protein, i still dont buy into the glyercin crap Designer has been promoting. Bars with glycerin just give me gas, so im not gonna dip into the glycerlean bucket.

The designerwhey is godd IMO. When I run out before I can buy in bulk I go buy some of the Designer whey Malted Muscle. That stuff tastes great.I am not sold on the glycerlean part though.

I have never tried any of the three that you mentioned...but I am very pleased with Pro Rated protien...10lbs was cheaper than Optimum and tastes alot better.

I was impressed with the prorated. When i run out like I said I buy some of the designer to hold me over.
