  • What supps are you taking

    I know this has been asked a trillion times but I just picked up some Liquid Lcarnatine and some liquid omegas 3-6-9 along with my bcaas Fuzo getting more serious,lol what does everyone take

    suppose it changes for me. right now the regs are competitive edge cycle assist, alive multi w/o iron, milk thisle, vit C, fish oil( salmon oil) 42 fruits and veg from vitacost and braggs acv . ill rotate add or subtract depending on how I feel or what I eat ZMA sometimes too

      Bcaa, Taze preworkout, fish oil, N2 Guard (cycle support), multi-vitamin, injectable b-12, and injectable l-carnatine. Ummmm... That's all I got off the top of my head.

          Preworkout mix is mutant mayhem with a tsp of Mct oil, tsp of glutamine and 1 scoop of cytocarb. During workout is two scoops of no synthesize, tsp Mct oil, tsp glutamine and two scoops of cytocarb. I take four uni-liver tabs with each meal. I plan on picking up some ephed plus Monday to add into my preworkout and also for that early afternoon crash.

            I also take the ephed because it definitely helps with my breathing during cardio.

                  Pre work out : 4ozs grape fruit juice with Glutamine and Flax seed 150 L-Arginine, Yohimbine, Ginsing Tribulus,caffeine, Vitamin C , Calcium with D and Viagra.
                  Post Work out : A, C, D, E, K, zinc, folic acid, b complex, L-Lysine, Iron, multi, glucosamine, fish oil , red yeast rice, Protein drink and Enzymes.
                  The Best Thing About TRT Is The Cycle Never Ends.
