I plan my diets with a daily logging site excell sheet because the formulas and the calculations. Does anyone use those calculations and then compensate it for aas use? Like go ahead and throw on an extra 250 or 500 calories because I'm on 500test c and 400tren e during a cut? Or is it down to watch and feel for that kinda stuff? I like using the math because it gets me into the ball bark so I like trying to keep things technical, at least to satisfy my mind.
Curiosity is killing the cat. I'm 18 weeks out and have more than likely 30 lbs to loose. I did this last contest so I know I can do it but I know I lost a lot of mass too. So ya know I want to loose fat without any muscle loss lol "like that it'll ever happen" that weight came back fast, next time I'm going to have an exit diet when I finish. I don't want to go through this again. I'm going to hold off stimulants hopefully until 8 weeks depending on how everything is looking. I'm also training my gf for her first contest so that's taking up a lot of my gym time so I know I'm going to have to rely on diet even more now.
