Nothing wrong if you can cut while drinking it. Some people claim it bloats them. Some object to the sodium content. Some object to the carbs.

Lactose is a sugar, the sodium content can cause you to retain water, its okay if you rnot looking to get in contest chape, but you wont be able to get paper-thin skin.

Yeah, milk is good. Can't have a nice slice of pie or cake or some cookies without a cold glass of milk. Makes those protein shakes so much better too.

I gotta cut all sugars, including lactose, to get in contest shape. I'll drink it up to about 6 weeks out

I'm using soy milk now for shakes and cereal, it's really not that bad. No more bloat and running to the can !

Yeah, soy is good in shakes. I didn't notice any less bloat so I guess milk doesn't bloat me much.

Scott Connely (Met-Rx creator) says processed cow's milk does not provide a very good source of protein. He says the protein doesn't overshadow the downsides (sugars and carbs).

He is also selling supplements and therefore lies out of his ass in order to belittle the competition.

Funny to think of milk as "competition" for supplements, but seriously if all those hardgainers started drinking a gallon a day they wouldnt waste so much money on supplements.

Milk rocks. Even on a cut.
