    I had a procedure done at the hospital. I paid my co-payment they asked me at admissions. Now I am getting a whomping bill.

    i get them every now and then but they usually arent that bad. my neuro one though is 210 each time i see them. i pay 50 or 60 then i get that nice 210 about a wk or two later

        Things are not like they used to be and I dont see them getting better. used to be just the co pay and then maybe nothing. Now it is the copay and then still something

            Insurance companies want your money. Then when they have to pay for something, they hate it and try to weazel out of it any way they can

              I chose Humana HMO this time. No more HMO for me. PPO from now on

                  When Fuzo worked for United, the union BCBS HMO was awesome. Since I worked in healthcare, I was well aware of the rules that needed to be followed with an HMO. I did 4 cycles of invitro to have a baby, back then and it was about 25k a pop, I think we paid maybe a total of $200 and that was it. Obviously HMO's are not that good anymore...HELL what is good?
