Am I the only one who gobbles down burgers, fries pizza etc and take a long time to eat a meal like sirloing beef, asparagus and sweet potato?lol Even though the clean food tastes pretty good, I just dont enjoy it as much but it is also good that I am eating slower anyway. I do like the fact of feeling better after a clean meal vs a junk food meal
i devour everything in sight as fast as possible. i eat steak so fast that i cut it up or put it in the food processor to grind it down so i can shovel it in. i did the andy's cheeseburger challenge in 11 minutes flat and had a free ice cream afterwards.
i think i developed the habit from being time crunched in the military and being a fat kid i dont want to miss a single calorie
right with you. healthy food seem harder to put down at times for sure. a lot of time the time its drier and without that moist kick or flavor enhancers so ill try and push it down with a chaser. suppose that's part of the reason its so easy for us to get fat..lol.
although a few months of eating really clean can form a habit theres something about that pizza or cheese burger that's always going to call to me.
I've turned to pounds tone shakes for chicken so that I can get em down faster. With guns on this one to. Military kills enjoy feeling of enjoyment of food lol. 2 minute drill for the win.
