    she is wondering what kind of diet is best for dropping about 15 lbs.i train her and she trains hard as hell. 3 days a week full body workout.like a giant superset for her whole body.then on days in between 45 min. on treadmill. she has a great body but she wants to get down some more.i train like hell but i know how to eat for me but i dont know much about the nutrition for my baby!!thanks for any help.shee is getting frustrated because she trains so hard!!!!THANKS!! WOMEN and MEN let me know what i can do to help HER!!MUCH APPRECIATED IN ADVANCE!

    I'm sure some of the ladies can shed some light on her nutrition and what would be best for her. I know what I like and what other guys may succeed with but gender wise nutrition changes a tad I think.

    First step for her though is to get signed up here so she can enjoy the amenitities we have in store here.

        she isnt into the computer thing so she ask me to see if i can get some suggestions.any help appreciated trying to convince her you cant change your body comp by just eating one meal a day.
        never give up just keep lookin ahead hopefully she will have a nice ASS.

          well bro post this in the female form im sure you will get the answer there ,but my girl just started the gym i put her threw 1 body part a day and 20 min of cardio 5 times a week got her eating 5-6 times ed and on protein supps. and hydroxycut she has peeled off 2 lbs in a week good luck bro
