In the process of illuminating processed foods (which I never have much) but I've always used a pay workout carb like waxy maize, Karbolyn, etc.
Whatever happened to honey? I used to use honey after sports in high school and I take honey to ward off allergens by using local honey. So got me thinking why can't honey be used to spoke insulin for post workout shake? Seems too simple? Do we over think this post workout carb thing?
