I have some creatine that expired 11/02 do you think it will still be ok to use?

My understanding was that creatine can become toxic after it expires. I read that somewhere but I don’t remember where.
Over time it will pull moisture out of the air and begin to clump up a lot so if you didn’t know the expiration date you should make sure it’s not too clumped up.
Bottom line is if in doubt…chuck it out.Comment

allways trying to save a buck and say around febuary when all the new years res. people leave the gym they sometimes give away alotof stuff on there way out i just stand by the door with my arms extended i just love freebiesComment
