Im gonna try a new cutting diet here, and Im still kind of a newbie when it comes to nutrition, especially when it comes to breaking down carbs, protein, fat, etc to a percentage a day...Im just not sure what foods fit each category...so my question is....anyone here cutting, that has a free minute or two...can ya post exactly what ya ate today? or yesterday? or what u have planned for tommmorrow??? thanks in advance!

Protein abrs are the most overpocessed pieces of crap some BBers eat. They are candy bars with more protein. Most labels dont even match claims, even a protein shake and dextrose is better post workout than a protein bar. Pudgy, i know your cutting, but IMO i would drop the bar. 50g of isolate and 25-50g of malodextrin would yield better results.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

Keto diet 4th week. -1.5 in off waist. 5 pounds off no muscle or strengh loss.
Today
4 egg whites 1 whole egg scrambled 2oz of boiled ham and 4 oz of tomato/bazil cheese mixed with the eggs.
MRP Myplex low carb chocolate made w/ water 50g protein
2 Pork Shish Kabobs with a little bit of barbeque sause.
1 Isopure 0carb protein shake made w/ water 50g protein
2 burgers grilled (made by myself with 93% lean beef) 3oz each cooked. Grilled onions and 2 slices of american cheese.
Late snack. 2 Sugar-free Jellos 2oz of swiss cheese and a piece (1oz) of boiled ham.
Enery level is high and results come fast.
