If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

Mt nephew is your age, he trains hard, eats right , uses whey protein and he has a fit muscular physique. He would occasionally use a mass gainer and would gain weigth but I would assume most of that was water weight. Regardless, it made him feel good,lol

I see it too often with grown ass adults looking to be stingy on their cycles. Their excuses blow my mind. There are a million ways to do it right, but a handful of ways to do it wrong. You need to know about your cycle, AI, what happens if you get gyno, acne, your dick breaks...list goes on. Do you have insurance? Nothing like getting dirty gear from your homeboi just do find out that you have a mass growing in your ass. While I dont care if anyone does it(im not your dad) I have to ask are you prepared for all scenarios?
I was 37 when I ran my first cycle. Good point suprfast in that this gets expensive by time you run bloods, get the gear, your AI, Caber, and whatever else...I sure didn't have the money at 19. Add to the fact that your natural test is at a lifetime high right now and won't decline for years, just roll with that. I was repping 315 on the bench before I even touched gear, and started because I felt I was reaching my genetic limit and my natural test was declining. In the end, the choice is obviously yours but please consider what all these vets are saying. You have your best bodybuilding years ahead of you.....Oh, what I'd give to be 20 again.
Hey brother 2 things. first off by let me start by saying i thought i was the youngest cat in the forum until i saw you posted you where 19, you got me beat. props for being honest.
second off let me start by saying when i was 18 i started looking into PH'S i had no knowledge what so ever on anything PH or AAS related but i though because PH's where legal they where much better then steroids and blah blah you know the deal. So i started digging a few weeks into digging i started to realize that PH is not what i wanted and gear was a much better and safer option all the way around. eventually i ponied up got the shit and ran my first cycle. Here i am a few years later. I do not regret starting that young one bit for only one reason, I dont regret anything i do in life as it made me who i am today. That being said if i could go back and do it all over again i would have waited another 4 or 5 years. I would have done more research on lifting and eating and all that should and put the AAS off for a couple years.
That being said if i was you i would wait. Hang out here learn everything you can about AAS, Ai's PCT and learn about diet and keep going hard everyday in the gym and a few years from now when your ready to run a cycle you will already be big and have a lot of knowledge.

that being said im going to give you some advice. i was also told this same thing everyone is telling you 90000 times by 8000 different people who all knew what they where talking about but i didnt listen and chances are you wont either. If you do decide to not listen to us at least do your self a favor and spend the next few months doing some research on cycling and gear and AI's and PCT and be sure you do it right so u dont mess yourself up so young

want to grow. eat 6 to 8oz solid protein every 3 1/2 to 4 hours all day long every day add with that lots of veggies, rice and sweet potato . you will grow I promise you. its hard as hell to do but it works
Like everybody else said, i would hold out for a couple more years, your tall like me and its gonna take alot to fill out. Your first cycle will be the best cycle of your life and you don't wanna waste it when you still have natural gains available. That being said, if you do do it, don't dick around with PH's. More side effects, less results...
Thanks everyone for the input. And I am going to listen. I can't justify a cycle, regardless of age, if I have any doubts about my foundations (diet, training, etc.). I certainly haven't dieted the way a pro could, so why jump to AAs. I do appreciate the responses. Going to keep it natural for years to come.

glad to hear it brother. in the mean time learn as much as you can about ti so when you are ready to jump into AAS you will actually be ready and have teh knowledge needed. And keep working on diet and trying so when you reach your peak and you dive into AAS everything else will be squared away. IF i focues on diet instead of AAS a few years ago i would probably be 10% less bf and 20lbs heavier lol
