What kind of eggs do you buy?

Regular, cage free, free range, organic, brown? There are so many now and is one really better than the other?

I love eating any and all types of eggs as most in terms of health benefits are identical.I do tend to buy more of the Omega 3 enhanced eggs due to the obvious but again,not the ONLY eggs I buy or consume.

I drink pure egg white. Stuff tastes like nothing i just drink one cup of egg white 4 times a day

The omega enhanced eggs are contained in the yolks aren't they? If I only use the whites I don't buy those cause they are more expensive too

Yes maam,the egg yolks are actually where most of the nutrients in eggs are found.The old idea that eating whole eggs is unhealthy has been dis-proven long ago and proven how beneficial it actually is eating them so there's really no reason not to.

As for the price,yes they are a little more and thats why I buy all types.The extra Omega 3's can also be achieved thru supps and others foods as well of course so not a must have in the eggs.LOL

I use those eggs when I for the whole eggs and then mix them with the whites of the cheaper eggs

Just regular for me. I drink/eat a dozen a day..sometimes more if I get hungry before bed

Costco sells them by the 25 dozen now. Last me a week...

Everytime i go they only have by the dozen lol i have to look harder to see if they offer a higher number of eggs i love costco!
