Yes maam,the egg yolks are actually where most of the nutrients in eggs are found.The old idea that eating whole eggs is unhealthy has been dis-proven long ago and proven how beneficial it actually is eating them so there's really no reason not to.
As for the price,yes they are a little more and thats why I buy all types.The extra Omega 3's can also be achieved thru supps and others foods as well of course so not a must have in the eggs.LOL
