Well I started adding this to my shakes recently, for all of its good benefits. I noticed that I was nauseated after my shake. Well one day after my shake, I have a gallbladder attack and it was killer. I think I figured out that fats are a bit hard for me to digest and my gallbladder was workin hard to digest this oil. I havent had any the past few days with my shake and have had no issues. So I decided to try it again and no attack but bad nausea. I guess I will just use it on my skin,lol....or just uses smaller amounts of it until my body gets used to it.

We've noticed sort of a similar issue. We have been cooking with it and putting it in shakes and other stuff and maybe it's just an overload of it but just haven't felt just super *****in lately and that is the only thing I've changed in my diet lately.

Re: Coconut oil...yikes
Interesting for sure.
I currently have 15 full time clients and they all use coconut oil with at least 3 of their daily intake.
I personally use it also, and never had any issues.
In the shake the oil is raw, versus cooked in meals...could that be the issue here??
keep us posted in your findings baby1
