    Re: Food prepping

Thanks everybody for feedback...I've been actually thinking outside the box and started to by my own groceries away from what I get my sloths so that helps too. Still hate chicken & fish but I just choke it down with a smile and tooooooons of veggies to cover it up lol

I've avoided this because I am embarrassed about my weight. Funny thing is, I go to the gym 5 days a week (3 days heavy training with trainer, 2 days for Yoga and ran my 1st 5K in March) and have for the last 2 years. All together, dropped a whopping 15lbs. It's the diet and that's the thing holding me back. My goal weight is to be between or about 170-180. Right now, I'm sitting at 240 as of my doc visit on April 2nd. Right now, I have breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, either protein shake or preworkout or possible snack, dinner. According to trainer and past nutritionist, I should have about 1800 cals.

My snacks vary...everything from greek yogurt to fresh fruit; protein bar or protein shakes; sometimes veggies. Just depends on my mood. I also have humus at times.
