    Re: Nips Cutter: Assistance Appreciated

my weight has gone up and down, im still at 220lbs which is what i started at. going to get my bf% checked this week or next week, i can t say for certain whether ive lost any body fat or not, but with my experience before i have lost weight on my cutters. 1st time taking peps and im doing that alongside my test p npp run, so who knows maybe im losing and gaining...lol that would be ideal but i dont think thats the case.

So, after 8 plus weeks your weight is the same? Some times when we have a real goal we push ourselves harder to get down. Just wanting to do a summer cut does not seem to be enough for you. If you had made the commitment to be wearing a pair of posing trunks at the end of 16 weeks in front of a room full of people I bet you would be down much more by now. So, if you agree with my point why are you not down?

Calories in (all of them fats too) vers calories spent or burnt. So, to me it sounds like you are eating just the right amount to stay the same. Are you going off the meal plan a few times a week and adding extra calories? It is really not a mystery it is right in front of you I bet.

I want to add a note about fruit. They are not a bad thing. Apples, grapefruit, bananas, berries all of them could still be in your meal plan. All of my contest diets have apples, grapefruit and pineapple. Never seem to slow my weight drop.

I would really take a close look at what you are doing. I hate to see you 4 weeks from now still at 220#.
        Best of luck,

I didn't want to say that with only 89 post.

              Best of luck,
as of late, yes i have gone off the meal plan once or twice in a week, and no i havent touched candy once during this time frame.

i have just changed my diet to include no carbs after the 1st half of my day, and to not exceed 100 grams in day. i just started including grapefruit in my diet in the mornings as well. truthfully i am ignorant when it comes to designing this cutting diet of mine, i thought i knew what i was doing being that i had 2 previously successful years with my cuts. i also designed a diet based on what someone else was doing that was working but decided it wasnt for me after about 3-4 weeks.

i have changed my workouts from a moderately paced 5 set routine rep ranges 20, 15, 12, 10, & 20 back to 30 second intervals between sets. ive also encountered some injuries that has put a damper on workouts recently due to a sport i participate in on the weekends, however that hasnt influenced my diet or cardio, and the seasons over so this wont be an issue moving froward.

i have to admit i have been slacking a bit, but i do have a date to be finished by however it doesnt involve competing, so have faith in your friendly nips cuz hes going to get the job done...

              hopefully!

You know a good old fashion photo from the front ab view can really tell the story. Don't get too caught up in the old "I lost fat but since I gain lean mass the scale did not move much" senerio. I'm just saying I have seen this theory many times.

im down to 211.5 now from 224lbs. little disappointing but i have nothing to blame but mainly my diet, and could probably use some refocusing on my workout. however i am going to continue this in July & Aug after a small week break with one big final push. my objective is to get to a lean form, and build from there on by adding very little to no fat. i feel like this whole theory on "well you have to gain fat to gain muscle" is bullshit. being that this is my 3rd cutter (the most unsuccessful thus far) im not bending to that theory anymore when heading into the fall gainer.

hey boys and girl, now i know tens of you have been anxiously awaiting an update from good ole nips about how hes doing after his 4 month long extremely unsuccessful disgrace of a cutter that was poorly executed, and well i am here to keep each and everyone of apprised, and make one final post on this thread before trice closes it.

i started out at 220, moved up to 224, then ultimately dropped down to 212 during this time frame. i have ceased the cutting diet since the end of June, and have been eating what i would consider a normal diet maybe with some extras here and there, not really watching what i eat, but maintaining a fairly clean diet.

currently am incorporating a short run of test p/npp at 150/100 eod protocol. well i am currently at 225lbs. starting sept i have decided to visit round 2 of the nips cutter with a vengeance. there will be no slacking by any means. i have decided to give dave palumbo's diet a shot, and have seen great feedback from others about this.

so folks there you have it, the sequel is coming soon to an fg near you. thank you, and blessed be the. nips out.

hey man if you are going to be doing palumbo's keto style approach to dieting all i can say is good luck brother. being in ketosis for any extended period of time is brutal. i will say that it is a pretty good attack plan for short duration but during that short duration it sucks balls. keep on kicking ass man and good luck
