If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Protein is not easy to digest and I know bodybuilders consume large amounts but I think anything over 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight will not get you any further. Thats just my opinion though
I'm at 55 25 20. I'll prolly try more cardio this week because the stall began the second week after the supplements which I have a problem with holding water with. Keeping fingers crossed for this week. I need to lose about another 20 pounds in these eight weeks or I know I won't be ready

Guns I'm a little worried about mixing it up and how to do it tbh. It's only 8 weeks. If you were to trick the diet somehow, what would be your suggestion?
