With regards to training while actually having a severe cold and being run down, what are your opinions? Early in my my 20's, I was one to believe you can "train through it". However, now I realize that it may be more harm for the immunities to build back up and I don't get a 100% anyway. I also hate it when people are in the gym hacking and sneezing. Hand sanitizer only goes so far! Thankfully, I seem to only get "that" sick a couple times a year, but wonder what y'all think about this. Stay healthy and huge my friends.
