  • 3rd week update on prohormones

    Ok this is the start of the 3rd week on 1ad and 4ad now up to 5oo mg of 1ad and 150 mg of the 4ad decided that i'm gonna go up to 600 mg on the 4th and the 5th week and up to 200mg on the 4ad. Then im gonna start 6oxo for 3 weeks.

    I'll tell you that this shit is great only on the second week gained 8 pounds and the strength is way up. Not sure if the weight is due to any water weight doesn't look like it. Now to the strength my bench is up 10 pounds and my squat is up 30.

    SIDES

    The things that i'm noticing is my arms seem to get numb when i'm sleeping. Sex drive hasn't suffered at all probally due to the 4ad. No acne really 1 or 2 on back and shoulders but i've been taking b5 for 4 weeks at 3 grams a/d. The 1st week little tired in the gym not ready to go now, that i'm seein results i'm even more motivated to be there.

    overall this stuff is workin well for me could be that i'm eatin well and trainin hard because of the results i'm seein I'll update next monday on the weight and strength.

        1. What brand?
        2. where to get them?
        3. How much do they cost?
        4. best way to cycle them?

          have you noticed you feel really tired and want to take naps more frequently after your workouts? 1test did that for me.

            see the problem with me is i drive 4 a limo company and up at 3 or 4 in the morning so i take naps when ever i can and the problem is that i can't figure if its my work schedule or the prohormones, but i did feel shot the first week in the gym on them but that past now.

              I noticed the numb arms at night too..... Whats up with that I wonder ?
              Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

                hey in the past i have done 3 2month cycles of just 1-AD alone
                on my second cycle i was maxing 325 1 rp when befor it was like 275 or 285
                i was happy ...i was alos eating really well.....i put on some good weight also....
                3rd cycle not so much ...but still good

                i did mostly on my 1st cycle get sexual sides .....it all worked down there but i just didnt have much of a drive to do it....

                  I think it has more to do with the new bed I got.

                    could just be you are sleeping on your arm, with more muscle(you said 8lbs up) in a fairly short amount of time, whatever causes teh numbness may be getting a little pinched because it hasnt caught up to the muslce size yet, it will go away.
