ok i agree with them all except the smaller more frequent meal ones. just throwing that out there because it does work and i dont care what science and research papers say. they dont use people like us in these studies so you will have flawed results with a semi active or sedimentary person as opposed to a bber or power lifter. i could be 100% wrong but i know i am not cause i see it's effects day in and day outTGBSupplements REP

I agree. Grazing all day long on small amounts is soooo much better than loading up on 3 meals a day.
