try some organic apple cider vinegar with the first meal mid day meal and last meal every day. it works wonders for a ton of different stuff from acid reflux to better carb synthesis. the kind with pulp is best also
Try increasing alkaline-forming foods. In general, fruits and vegetables are alkaline-forming foods while meats, sugars and oils are acid-forming foods. Could be your out of balance, tweak the diet and maybe that will help. And of course a calcium tablet or two doesn't hurt.
u got it guns ill go to the store and get it right now!
It tastes nastyso have a water to chase it. You can also add water to it.
I have been preaching a lot about probiotics and enzymes beacuse i have always had a bad tummy, they have helped me so much. It is good to try one thing at a time though to see what works. I would try the apple cider vinegar and see how it helps you.
