    CREATINE

    What are your thoughts on the use of Creatine for mass/strength building? What's the best brand to use?

    Starting back from square one on a quest to get swole bros, could use any advice.
    I'd go to planet fitness, but I'd hate to set off the Lunk Alarm.

    Creatine is good for anything. I haven't used it in a long time, but I should be. Creatine is creatine I'd say. Don't fall for the hype of the "new" creatines, good old mono is good enough. Any brand, German or not is good...

        I use creatine daily and buy mine from True Nutrition, but TGB sells it as well and as soon as I finish the 3 pounds I have will be trying a different brand. I swear by creatine, it is the one supplement that has always worked for me.
