Hey can anyone help me set up my macros for a bulk cycle. I am pretty good at finding foods to get my numbers correct once I have something to go by just not sure how to set them up yet.
Stats 4 cycles, bf was @15% on calipers before and haven't gained any weight but not sure it is that low so let's say 15-20%
I'm 5'3" 165lbs lost 25 lbs last 7-8 months and gained a fair bit of muscle
I would say I am moderately active on average. HD mechanic when were busy & work 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 12 hr days. lol gym usually 2 on 1 off while I'm working and at home depending on how busy I am but def. go harder when working out at home Bc once I'm there I make it count. Cardio when @ home a half hour to an hour. Working its a little more rushed so cardio is usually only 15 mins post.
Last cycle was test e @ 500 week
T-Bol @50mg first 7 weeks
HGH @ 2 iu Ed 7-8 months and still on.
Also on met right now @250mg 3times ED
