Restless leg syndrome..anyone have it?

I have this and it has ben bad this week. Today my legs feel bad and I just have to keep moving. The RLS has gotten worse since I started a new med that is helping me with other issues and I really don't want to stop it. I tried Mirapex for the RLS but it wasn't good for me. I get symptoms of RLs sensations in my upper body also.

What exactly is RLS baby1? I've heard of it, but never understood it. What causes it to start and stop?

I do, but only have problems when I first go to bed. and some time in the night. i do not take anything for it. i stoped taking just about all drugs from the doc

Yep . the girlfriend says it feels like i am trying to keep some sort of weird beat by shaking my legs at night... lots of zzzquil has been helping me..

Mine cause me pain and it is hard to describe. I also get feelings of bugs crawling on my upper body and legs too. Some people just move their legs and that is from amxiety where RLS is a different thing

My insurance didn't cover it but I tried Mirapex and it hurt my stomach. I may give it another try though

There are many triggers such as stress, caffiene, anxiety, neuropathy, etc. It does tend to be hereditary too. It gets worse when you are lying down or sitting.

i feel you on that one. they had to get special approval for mine when my insurance transfered to retired. ask about noratripolene (sp) it has a generic. dont let them start you over 10mg or you wont get dick done for days.
