    Creatine and water weight.

    Just wondering what is the most water weight you have ever lost after getting off creatine. I weighed last night and lost 6 lbs. since last week.

    that sounds about right bro, I think it depends on how much you were taking too....... If you loaded, you probably held a little more water....
