  • Advice !

    I need some advice on weight loss. I have been training now for about 5 years. I have my diet down ,along with my training. I do cardio 5 times a week ,and train 6 itmes a week having 1 day off.
    The problem is I can't seem to lose those love handles,and the
    little belly I have. My stats are 5' 11" 186 lbs with 14% bf.
    Can someone help me with some type of supp. that works. I appreciate any input.

    Well bro if you are doing what you say you are doing religiously don't put all you hopes on a suppliment. However, with that said, Hydro cut, and xendrine works great to help you loose fat. If you are looking to loose those love handles, try lowering your carbs down to about 100-250 (Eat mostly before noon) a day. up your protein to 1-2 grams per body weight. Get on some hydro cut, or Xenedrine, kepe doing what you are doing and it will eventually come off.

      You could use some NYC too. Also you could use a little more rest . I think you should get at least 2 days a week rest IMO.
