Current update. No pictures. IM too fat for pictures but.....
    Im up in the 220s.
About 12% abs visible when I flex but not when Im relaxed.

Strength is almost on par with pre cardiac arrest. THis is awesome because IM only on my HRT.

    Shoulder injury:
First month after CPR and trying to escape while restrained in the hospital injured my shoulder I could not pour a cup of coffee. Not sure what the injury is exactly.
Trying to curl 25lbs and I just couldnt. Not from a lack of strength in the bicep but instead some lack of strength in the shoulder. Other arm was capable of curling 30s at the time.
Last night - good clean set of 10 with the 55's. Not super heavy but this means I can grab the 70's and get a few with no swing. Plenty strong for me.

Soon Ill level off and begin a cut. We will see where I land.

Healthy and happy though. Back to where I love training and I feel like Im making gains.
    Awesome
Glad to hear you are doing better!

Nope. In addition, I wouldnt change a thing except perhaps dosage if I could. Id still do it again if I could go back in time.
Id probably lower the dose a bit but Id certainly do the gear again. I love the gear fueled life.

There are risks in crossing the street. We are using chemicals that alter our bodies. The risks are obvious, to acknowledge them is our responsibility, to go into this with blinders on is moronic. I knew with my first pin what the repercussions were, I accepted them and decided they were worth the risk to me. It's not a game for the timid or faint of heart.

I have not heard of it and IM sure it helps her, however......
My arteries are clear and I did not have a heart attack it was a cardiac arrest.
My ldl is 50 so.....its already abnormally low.

Diet wasnt the cause. The cause was hormonal abnormalities .....too much/ to many steroids in my system which caused an arrythmia.

Last year I know of 5 guys in their 30s who had cardiac arrests while using steroids. Only I lived out of the 5.

Also sure you could do protein shakes. She totally reversed her problems and her arteries are clean with no blockage and her cholesterol is 180 points lower after just six months. Now she takes no meds and is heart healthy. You should have a look at it and anyone else who has heart issues should too. It has also been shown to help cancer patients. Pretty much a vegan diet.
    I believe it^^^^

I for one believe that a raw food diet can heal just about any illness or health issue out there, even cancer. I do raw juice cleanses/detoxes, just started this year and will be doing another one in 2013. there are natty BBers who are also vegan and raw foodists, it can be done.

I think I'd rather die than never train again too, so I can't say not to do it. I think with a TRT dose of test and maybe some peptides/gh plus massive food and dedication you'll get pretty damn close at least. Good luck to you bro

I went back and re-read this thread. Brundle you're too hard on yourself. You look better than a lot of guys and your progress is nothing to laugh at. Seriously. It really proves how important a good diet is. Keep it up. you're looking great.

Will this diet be low carb, high protein and good fats? I have done that before and it made a big difference for me. I didn't go super low on the carbs, just made sure they were complex carbs and took most of them in before the early evening. Let us know how this works for you.
