    Re: Is it possible?......

I just started reading this, sorry for the delay lol..I DEF think it is possible! Muscle memory is a motherfu*ker I was running minimal gear, about a TRT dosage, and gained back like 20lbs in 2 months one time...Food IS king! muscles are made in the laboratory, kitchen, sleep, then gym in my opinion lol...

THanks guys. Im pretty happy just that I can train and live a normal life post cardiac arrest. Being able to make some gains and grow as tims goes on is just a side blessing.

I had high hopes and though a couple months Id be back in action. This was not the case.
Currently Im training as hard as I ever have. My strength has passed my previous drug fueled point. So...I have set new records clean that beat the records set on gear. Im also currently larger than I was when I had the cardiac arrest. Im not as lean but Im thick as ****.
Here are 2 pictures of my back. The first was at about my largest on gear. The second is last night. 200mg test hrt dose only.

Hmm.....wont let me upload pictures. Any ideas why?
    Mod?

This is GREAT to hear Brundel. It has to feel even better that you have achieved this without the use of gear?

Not sure why you cant upload pics? Check your settings and then let me know if you still cant.

Hey man i didnt read through all the posts but i was wondering your age if you dont mind me asking and was your diet clean pre heart attack? And i def think with muscle memory you can reach your goal its just gonna take longer and take more hard work inside and outside of the gym. I really look up to you for the way your stayin positive and willing to push yourself to reach your goals without large amounts of gear. Good luck bro, youll get there no doubt in my mind.

Obviously I cannot continue to use (except for my trt).
I have not been in the gym for 3 months and I wont be able to train again until hopefully the 5th of july. I have a treadmill stress test schedualed.
I was 225ish 7% or less bf. Common cycles were 1500-2000 test plus 1000-1500 assorted other aas and ancillaries.

So.....Im only eating 2 real meals a day now and I weigh about 190.

I have a theory that bodybuilding is mainly food driven. Meaning food is the #1 most important component.
I also believe that I can get to or close to where I was before without the drugs since I now already have the muscle tissue.

    WHat do you guys think?
is it possible to get to where I was before clean?

If I go to 6 meals a day from 2 and a snack.....Ill def grow.
no, you cant. you can maintain as best you can to prolong the inevitable, but water will always seek its own level and this is true about your body as well.

look at what happened to arnold and all the rest.

i was diagnosed with congestive heart failure years ago and it scared me to death, so I stopped it all. but shortly thereafter, i rethought the matter and decided to go clean.

but i shrunk...took 3 years to do it through since i went back to the qym 'unplugged' and maintained a good diet, but reduced to accommodate the new biochemistry makeup of my body.

and one more thing...i know several natural body builders and they grow, but they, obviously arent as big as there juiced counter parts. so my guess is your body will find the level it wants to be at naturally and then you will grow at the rate the natural dudes do.

    just my 2 cents.

I've trained a number of people who have faced this challenge. Personally, I would focus the first part of your journey towards being a health nut and conditioning. Re-wire your brain for another level of health. Don't hate me, but sometimes focus on the previous path of being bigger can psychologically blocking you towards new achievement areas. There is great possibility in coming back better than you ever have been before, just different levels of achievement and satisfaction. Moderation and education can be a huge plus if you're down for the vision. Best of luck to you and your journey! I applaud the positive attitude!

    Good!
My weight is comparable to when I was On and my strength is 95%.
Im a little softer than I like but its to be expected.

I feel fantastic and Im training like a beast. Im just happy that I can continue to train and live a spartan lifestyle.
I love bodybuilding. Its not necessarily about how big I am but just living the lifestyle.

So, Im happy and healthy. Black Lion is doing well and we are preparing to release 2 new products.
    Life is good.

    Thank you for asking Baby1

I have one other limitation. I have a defib in my chest. The wires snake through my collarbone so....anything overhead I have to limit. I think I can probably do most of those though.
Im having to limit military press and pull ups etc....

I could use some recommendations for exercises. I cant do close grips. My shoulder cant handle the weight my tris can.
2 hand overhead triceps extensions, reverse grip bench if you can, push downs if the weight stack is heavy enough, lying dumbbell extensions holding a dumbbell in each hand, French presses, rope extensions if the weight stack is enough. Lots of variables, do what you can progress on and keeps you pain free.
