1AD, Animal Stak and ZMASS?

One of my buddies used the Ergo Pharms 1AD and Universal Animal Stack for 12 weeks then used ZMass to finish it off and he got some pretty good gains. Anybody ever try anything like this? I have never used any of these products and I dont know too much about them. Any input would be great.

Hope he used more than ZMass. Thats not enough to bring back your natural test levels, even with a low dose of 1-AD over 12 weeks. Animal Stack is trash.

Any ideas on what would be a good combination with 1AD and what to use besides ZMass?

A 4-AD product, most of which are fairly cheap. 6-oxo would be a better product to use post cycle than Zmass. 6-oxo is a bit pricey, but depending upon how long your cycle is, you may only need 1 bottle.

Personally I like the Animal Stak I am just about to finish off my first cycle. Quite honestly i am 18 years old and very new to the whole supplement world i dont really have anything to compare it to but I do like the results which ive seen

So a 12 week cycle of 4-AD and some creatine and follow that with 6-oxo... Are there any side effects that I should be worried about?
