yes, you should take protein every day even if not working out. you should try to 1 to 2 grams of protein for every pound that you way. I guess you should take at least two or so protein shakes, depending on your diet."I plead with you to give your bodies to God. Let them be a sacrifice -- the kind he will accept. No way man. If you must take a protein shake on off days, mix it with some type of oil (flax) and milk. Get the rest of your protein from whole foods.
