Everytime I've used creatine, I've done the loading phase for the first 5 days at 20mg ed.....have any of yall tried skippin the loading phase, n juss takin 5 mg ed post work out ?? Should I skip the loading pahse or juss keep it like usual.....Yellow Jacket, get at me on this if you can, I know you know your supps......

I used to load and realized I was getting the same gains while not loading, only a week ro so later. Loading is a bit 'out of style'. If you are using 5 grams with a low glycemic carbohydrate source (dextrsoee/malto) thats more than enough to suffice. Loading is a bit of waste to me, Id stick with 5 grams post workout.
