100% Whey by ON is my go to Protein.Its very easily mixed and has a great protein content along with other great supplements like bcaa's,glutamine,etc.
I have tried many others and do like many as well like MuscleMilk,but ON is my favorite. -

Americanpurewhey def the best. I get the Cake Batter and Strawberry flavors in the pure isolate. Has no added fats, very low in carbs, l9ow sodium and zero sugars, with a high amount of protein per scoop and the scoops aren that huge, so you get alot for your money.sigpicComment

i very on what i use...i like muscle milk or synth6 the best, but it really dont matter much...the cheap stuff seem to not agree with meHE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

AI am lactose intolerant, so i cant just use anything, and the blends, even though cheaper give me horrible cramps.
