    Please critique this for me. I'm trying to shed body fat as fast as possible.

    M1 7:15am
    Omlet - 6-8 egg whites, 2 yolks, 1/3 cup cheese, 2 tbsp salsa

    M2 10:00am
    Lean Body MRP (freakin gross!!!)

    M3 12:00pm
    Pork Loin cooked in one can of beer (in skillet)
    Yam - size of my fist
    lettuce salad w/ t tbsp ff blue cheese dressing

    M4 3:00pm
    Lean Body MRP (oh so disgusting!!!!)

    M5 6:00pm
    Tuna - One can
    Black Beans - 3/4 cup (low sodium)

    M6
    Protein Powder (40g Protein)

    Drinking lots of water, about a gallon to a gallon and a half. I'm also supplementing with 20g Glutamine daily, ECA and guggle (Labrada's ThyroBoost).

    id use low sodium tuna too bro. make sure your water is on. looks pretty good. i can of beer huh...lol

        i like the lean body mrp. I have the vanilla flavor, good stuff imo.

          It's hard for me to drink. I like the EAS rtd's. They're pretty good but pricey. Labrada is making a low carb RTD now. I might try that instead of the powder.
