  • Hcg as diet supplement?

There has been a lot talk in my area on the radio and tv about women using hcg to lose weight. My wife even knows a women getting injections from her doctor that has lost 20lbs from using it. Have any of you heard or are familiar with this? Is it the same stuff guys are using during and after cycles to aid in recovery?

Yea its the same stuff I know some guys swear by it but I think its a crock, part of this diet is having a 500 calorie diet... can't imagine why this stuff works. I know a guy that tried it and it didn't work at all
I think its one of those mental things, if you think its gonna work then it will

The woman my wife knows is actually having everything done by her doctor and has lost over twenty pounds. I don,t know what her diet looks like though. I was asking for my wife. I,ll tell her to just keep working hard. She has lost nearly 30pounds so far and thought of trying this if it may help get those last few pounds shes looking for. Thanks for your replies.

Don't know how exctly this all works but I would say that once she begins eating more calories again, some weight will come back on. I would also think this could mess with a woman's hormones and our hormones get messed with enough as we age. Anyone would drop weight on 500 calories and I bet much of that weight would be muscle mass, the kind of weight we don't want to lose.

Yea if you want to add something put her on an Eca stack or t3. T3 seems to work well with women

Hcg or not 500 cals is not goin to get someone the nutritional values they require in a day, nothing replaces good old clean eatin an cardio.

I looked up the diet and I think a parakeet eats more than they allow in 24 hours. Sounds like the people are just starving themselves. It's definitely not something I'd recommend to anyone.

I never realized that they cut there calories that bad. So I assume the hcg isn't doing anything to really aid in weight loss. The woman my wife knows is paying around $400 month for this crap. Her rebound when she quits will probably be horrible.
