    Bros what would be an easy way to up your calories. I'm going to try and add between 1500 and 2000 more per day. I was thinking maybe peanut butter, like two table spoons every hour, plus a slice of bread with honey, stuff along those lines. Would that be a good way to go about it ?

      How many calories are you eating now? Up your calories by 2K a day is going to take awhile, you wont be able to up it 2K in 1 day. Gradually taper it up so it makes it physiologically possible.

      But tuna, milkl, peanut butter, nuts, flax oil are all calorie dense.

        Right now I'm getting between 3500 and 4000. I was going to increase by about 500 cal a week. I'm starting the 3rd week of my first cycle and I just want to get the best results possible from it. thanks for the advice

          How much do you weigh and how many calories total are you looking to take in??

            During a cycle, I add 250 calories every day, each week, until i can feel myself smoothing out. It is usually in the form of good fats, or skim milk, i dotn do well on high carbs.

            Natural PB
            Skim milk with meals
            All natural guacamole
            Flax oil
            Olive oil

            Make your shakes(not postworkout though) with milk, drink a whey/casein/peanut butter shake before bed.

              i like to mix peanut butter, honey, and uncooked oats about 1 to 1 to 2 ratio, respectively. wash that snack down with a glass of milk a couple of times a day. especially about 1 1/2 hr before your training session

                Right now I weigh 168. I know some of you are going to say I should have gained another 20 or 30lbs before i juiced, but i'm tired of being a skinnyguy I'm going to try and work my way up to between 5000 and 5500 calories a day and see how things go from there.

                  Thats a bad idea. The majority of that weight will be fat. Your maintainence calories is probably less than 3K, and if you consume 3500 calories over your maintainence calories a week, thats 1lb of fat.
