Bros what would be an easy way to up your calories. I'm going to try and add between 1500 and 2000 more per day. I was thinking maybe peanut butter, like two table spoons every hour, plus a slice of bread with honey, stuff along those lines. Would that be a good way to go about it ?

During a cycle, I add 250 calories every day, each week, until i can feel myself smoothing out. It is usually in the form of good fats, or skim milk, i dotn do well on high carbs.
Natural PB
Skim milk with meals
All natural guacamole
Flax oil
Olive oil
Make your shakes(not postworkout though) with milk, drink a whey/casein/peanut butter shake before bed.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

Right now I weigh 168. I know some of you are going to say I should have gained another 20 or 30lbs before i juiced, but i'm tired of being a skinnyguyI'm going to try and work my way up to between 5000 and 5500 calories a day and see how things go from there.
