Muscle Milk?

I love muscle milk. Taste like chocolate milk to me or better!

MM's fat comes mainly from added MCTs so the fat grams are skewed positively. I think it's a great product and if you are taking MCTs or Udu's Choice then this is a great replacement for those.

The way I use it is I use two scoops of vanilla whey protien and 1 scoop of MM (rootbeer flavor) to balance the fat to protien out.
