  • Muscle Milk?

Hey guys, 1st timer here. Living in London, we in the UK are light years behind you guys as fra supplements go....
About 2 years ago I was in Texas and kept hearing folks talking about Musclemilk, how its so great etc etc.... No one here knows what the hell Im on about when I mention it.

    Can anyoine comment?

Is it worth me getting some shipped over, or just stay with my foul tasting Nitrotech. And Does MusclemIlk actively burn fat, or is it just more BS marketing~?

And comments would be very welcome. Thanks.,

    K

Ps, If I am gonna get some stuff shipped over, whats the latest "must have" thats worth using?

I like Muscle Milk but I'm not sure its worth importing. I can tell you that it does taste really good but that's probably because of the 18g of fat. I'd go to www.cytosport.com and read the label of the product that way you can make an informed decision as to whether or not to import it. Good luck to you bro.

i just recently have tried the muscle milk, it has 32g of protein and 12g carbs. Though the fat is quite high i love the taste and also has creatine in it. But i'll keep u updated on how good it is.

Not a fan of MM. Too much fat and they use canola oil in it. Didn't care for taste either.

I was let to believe that the fats used were EFA's thus promoting fat burning. Is Canola Oil, as far as I know an excellent oil with a very high fatty acid ratio. 61%. Taste wise im not tooo bothered about. Just looking for a shake thats full of EFA's so I dont have to take spoon fulls "Dr Udo's EFA blend"
