I took Xen a few months ago, and lost some weight, don't remember having any problems. So I've been using it for about 2 weeks now, I take 2 in the morning before I do my cardio on an empty stomach, and I usually take 1 or 2 at lunchtime. But sometimes it feels like it's eating the inside of my stomach. (sounds fun huh) Not necessarily in the morning either. I just took 1 about 10 mins ago, and it started now. It happened the other day in the morning, but was gone in a short time. Is this a fun side effect?

Ephedrine will give you heart burn. At least it does me.I take it by itself. I drink a little water after and it seems to help. I guess it dilutes it . I am not sure but could ginger root help with this? Someone who has experiance with GR please answer.

Same for Mrs. B. In fact, she often feels naseous as well if she doesn't do cardio along with it (or within a very short time of taking it)... I can take it any time, with or without food or water and it doesn't bother my stomach at all.
there's a precursor to aspirin in xenadrine. you take enough of it on an empty stomach and it can cause ulcers. be careful. do you have a family history of ulcers or have you ever had one? you might want to take some tums with it.

3. Then ask yourself do I still need a source. If the answer is yes.
4. Repeat steps 1-3
5. Dont pm me saying you did what I said now can I give you a source or tell you how to get one. The answer is no!
