So I have been working out since the end of Oct. I have been trying to eat clean, especially lately. I have not lost the first pound according to the scale. I have tried checking my bf with calipers but I get a different reading every time so I quit using them. I can tell that my upper chest area is changing, but I can't really say that I can visually tell that I am dropping bodyfat. My clothes do feel a little looser but not like I figured they should be after working out this long. I have not been doing that much cardio because I am already eating less than my bmr and cardio just puts you in a calorie deficit anyway, so I figure I am good there.
Should I be really noticing it now? Is it just that I am gaining that much muscle and it is offsetting the weight?
